Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Architect for the Platform IAM team. You will help shape architectural direction for cloud-based identity and access management, partnering with management, engineers, product management, QE, and SRE to ensure secure, scalable solutions.

You will focus on high-level design decisions, platform reuse, and avoidance of unnecessary custom development, while guiding trade-offs between in-house and third-party options.

Qualificações

• 12 years of relevant experience or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrate a big picture approach to complex software architectures.
• Experience with cloud native architectures and products.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluating proposed software systems and solutions against technical requirements.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational success.
• Developing and promoting common software and systems building blocks.
• Guiding choices between internal building and using third-party technologies.
