Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an IAM Analyst in Cincinnati to lead identity and access management initiatives across our enterprise. You will design, implement, and mature IAM capabilities (MFA, SSO, IGA, PAM) with a focus on scalable, policy-driven access and governance.

Qualifications

• IAM subject-matter expert with enterprise-scale experience.
• Proven ability to design and operate IAM programs across hybrid/cloud environments.
• Experience with MFA, SSO, IGA, and PAM technologies.
• Awareness of FTC Safeguards Rule, HIPAA, and SOX is a plus.
• Experience supporting audits/regulatory compliance efforts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess identity-related risks across users, systems, and third parties; define remediation plans.
• Design and mature IAM capabilities including MFA, SSO, IGA, and PAM with scalable access.
• Monitor for anomalous identity behavior and support SOC investigations.
• Lead identity-related incident response including compromised credentials and access misuse.
• Own IAM governance, lifecycle processes, and audit readiness.
