Job summary

TalentFish is seeking a Global Cybersecurity IAM Senior Analyst for a 12-month W-2 contract. Remote or Hybrid Chicagoland, with strong conversion potential to permanent. You will lead Saviynt administration, access reviews, and IAM projects, serving as SME across identity governance, authentication, and privileged access.

The role requires 6+ years in IAM, experience with IGA platforms (Saviynt preferred), and strong regulatory knowledge (SOX, HIPAA, PCI DSS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field.
• 6+ years of Identity and Access Management experience with IAM concepts, technologies, and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform; Saviynt Identity Cloud preferred; SailPoint/Oracle considered.
• Experience with Access Management tools such as Azure, Okta, Oracle, or Ping Identity.
• Knowledge of Privileged Access Management solutions like Delinea, BeyondTrust, or CyberArk.
• Knowledge of MFA technologies such as Azure AD MFA, Duo, or Okta.
• Strong understanding of RBAC, least privilege, and segregation of duties; lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for IAM solutions including IGA, PAM, PKI, and provisioning.
• Configure Saviynt connectors and onboard applications (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID, Oracle EBS, Salesforce).
• Design and manage access reviews, certification campaigns, tracking, escalation, and remediation in Saviynt.
• Build SoD rulesets and mitigating controls; support SoD violation review.
• Configure access request workflows, analytics, and audit evidence in Saviynt.
• Troubleshoot IAM workflows, provisioning, and lifecycle processing.
• Manage day-to-day IAM operations and governance processes.
• Lead IAM projects from planning to implementation and transition.
• Develop and enforce IAM policies aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in audits and provide timely audit evidence.
• Identify IAM risks and lead incident response.
• Develop IAM metrics and reports for leadership.
• Evaluate IAM tools and articulate strategy; collaborate across teams.
• Integrate IAM solutions enterprise-wide.
