Creative Artists Agency (CAA) in Nashville is seeking a Senior Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) Engineer to build, automate, and run CI/CD pipelines and Terraform-based infrastructure powering its global platforms. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on DevOps, platform, or infrastructure engineering experience, focusing on infrastructure-as-code.
• Strong, hands-on experience with Terraform, including modular designs.
• Deep experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of cloud and network technologies (Azure or AWS, VNets, DNS, load balancing, firewalls).
• Experience with containers and Kubernetes (Docker, AKS).
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash and an automation-first mindset.

Responsabilités

• Build, automate, and operate CI/CD pipelines and Terraform-based infrastructure for global platforms.
• Translate standards into reliable, repeatable automation and enforce across pipelines and modules.
• Lead the build, delivery, and continuous improvement of pipeline automation, Terraform modules, deployment workflows, and environment provisioning.
• Develop scalable pipelines in GitHub and Azure DevOps and improve release automation across environments.
• Design and maintain modular Terraform code provisioning cloud, network, and Kubernetes resources.
• Ensure deployments are consistent, secure, and supportable across environments.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, architecture, and operations to productionize patterns.
