Job summary

Creative Artists Agency seeks a Sr. IaC Architect to own the strategy, structure, and governance of its infrastructure-as-code practice across global platforms. You will set patterns, guardrails, and operating models for CI/CD pipelines, Terraform modules, and automation, partnering with security and platforms teams.

You will lead Terraform design, policy-as-code, and health checks while mentoring engineers and driving automation maturity across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of hands-on DevOps, platform, or infrastructure engineering.
• Hands-on with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, including modular designs.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of cloud and network technologies (Azure/AWS, VNets, DNS, firewalls).
• Experience with containers and Kubernetes (Docker, AKS).
• Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash).

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, structure, governance, and operating model for IaC across global platforms.
• Define IaC frameworks, guardrails, naming conventions, and module structures.
• Establish Terraform module design, versioning, testing, publishing, and lifecycle management.
• Design CI/CD architecture across GitHub and Azure DevOps, including branching and approvals.
• Review IaC designs and automation approaches for security and reliability.
• Define policy-as-code, security scanning, secrets, and DevSecOps practices within IaC/CI/CD.
• Establish automated validation, regression and resiliency testing, and health checks.
• Guide self-healing workflows and proactive automation to remediate issues.
• Provide technical leadership on cloud, network, Kubernetes, and platform automation.
• Mentor engineers on IaC best practices and CI/CD design.
