Technology Science Corporation in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior IA Engineer to support enterprise network security and information assurance. The role requires 5+ years of field IA experience and hands-on duties including patching, monitoring, and vendor coordination within LAN/WAN environments.

Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI clearance, CCNA Route/Switch or higher, and CompTIA Security+ certification. On-site work in the DC metro area with healthcare/training benefits included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years enterprise network/Information Assurance experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Cisco CCNA Route/Switch Certification or Higher.
• CompTIA Security+ Certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain network security and data protection through monitoring of devices, software authenticity and firewall protection.
• Update security patches and patch management for enterprise networks.
• Maintain LAN/WAN networks and day-to-day operations of enterprise hardware and data communications to minimize downtime and maximize performance.
• Troubleshoot system equipment in the field and support PMO-directed network reprogramming tasks.
• Work with outside vendors in support of security and communications to ensure secure, reliable operations.
