Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials in Metropolis, Illinois, seeks a supervisor for the I/E department to ensure reliability and efficiency of our equipment and systems while upholding high safety and performance standards. You will report directly to the maintenance manager at our Metropolis IL location and lead maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

You will oversee routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination with teams to keep processes running smoothly.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Basic knowledge of instrumentation and electrical.
Experience with troubleshooting and repair of industrial electrical equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
5+ Years of Industrial Electrical/Instrumentation experience.

Responsibilities

Adhere to Site Safety Protocols and Regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Assist in performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation issues to minimize downtime.
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize equipment breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure smooth operations.
