Qualifications
- Familiarity with NEC and industrial electrical design practices.
- Ability to perform lighting level calculations and voltage drop analyses.
- Experience sizing wiring, conduit, and overcurrent protection.
- Experience with 480VAC and 15kV/5kV equipment and switchgear.
- Strong CAD drafting standards across electrical and instrumentation deliverables.
- 15+ years of relevant industrial experience expected.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed electrical design tasks for industrial facilities.
- Create accurate installation documents from vendor drawings.
- Develop equipment specifications for high- and medium-voltage gear.
- Lead a small design team to meet project commitments.
- Coordinate with other disciplines for integrated layouts.
- Prepare construction cost estimates and project schedules.
