Job summary

Ever-Green Energy in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Senior Instrumentation and Controls Technician to maintain, calibrate, install and troubleshoot plant control equipment across electrical, electronic and pneumatic systems. You will monitor alarms, back up control logic, and support testing labs to ensure safe, reliable plant operation.

Requirements include 3–5 years of relevant experience, BAS/BMS/PLC/HMI training, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• BAS/BMS, PLC, HMI and Instrumentation and Control formal training.
• 3-5 years’ experience performing comparable duties in a similar industrial plant setting.
• Valid driver’s license required and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Software and Database Maintenance: Daily alarm monitoring, backups, and graphics updates.
• Physical Controller Maintenance: hardware inspections, battery replacement, and cleaning.
• Field Device Maintenance: troubleshooting, calibration, testing, and repairs of plant control equipment.
• Respond to off-hour plant emergencies as needed.
• Lead or assist vendors in predictive and preventive maintenance tests.
