Job summary

Canadian Breaks Consulting, LLC is hiring an Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Superintendent – Senior Consultant for a fully onsite project in Childress, TX. The role involves supervising I&C subcontractors, coordinating with multiple teams, maintaining schedules, managing RFIs and submittals, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols on a complex construction site.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of I&C construction experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• 5+ years of instrumentation and controls construction experience, including work involving analysis, measurement, and control of process variables such as pressure, temperature, humidity, flow, force, and speed.
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships.
• Must be a strong team player and capable of collaborating with various personnel across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities with other superintendents, I&C subcontractors, and other discipline subcontractors.
• Supervise multiple subcontractors and craft employees.
• Maintain and adjust the project schedule daily.
• Manage RFIs and submittal materials for review with the client and architect.
• Provide resolution to design and constructability issues and support system startup and commissioning activities for controls and building automation scopes.
