Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. seeks an Instrumentation & Controls Project Engineer to lead dynamic design projects, guide cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

You will craft proposals, manage client relationships, and drive project success across multiple locations, with travel up to 15%. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in nuclear/power as I&C Engineer or PM, a relevant engineering degree or PMP, and PE licensure is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering OR PMP Certification and 10 years' applicable experience.
• I&C Design Engineering experience with modification and implementation process, calculations, specifications, etc. in power facilities.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in the nuclear or power industries as an I&C Engineer or Project Manager.
• Professional Engineer Licensure strongly preferred.
• Ability to understand and work with budget and accounting processes.
• Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills.
• Effective communication skills with demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and teams.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites.
• Ability to travel between 10-15% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs, ranging from a few days to a few weeks.
