Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking an Instrumentation & Controls Project Engineer to lead design projects, craft technical proposals, and manage client engagements.

You will steer schedules, budgets, and reporting while collaborating with staff to win opportunities and ensure project success. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in nuclear or power I&C roles with design engineering experience, PE licensure preferred, and ability to travel across multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or PMP with 10 years’ experience in engineering.
• I&C design engineering experience with modification/implementation, calculations, specifications.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in the nuclear or power industries as an I&C Engineer or Project Manager.
• Professional Engineer licensure strongly preferred.
• Ability to understand and work with budget and accounting processes.
• Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision‑making, and presentation skills.
• Effective communication across disciplines and teams.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites.
• Travel between 10-15% of the time; duration may vary by project and client needs.
