Job summary

A leading engineering firm seeks an I&C Design Engineer for a direct hire role in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in designing industrial control systems like SCADA and PLC systems. Responsibilities include site assessments, project specifications, and client coordination. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering, PE or EIT, and relevant experience in industrial systems. This role offers the opportunity to work onsite 4 days a week with additional remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in I&C design is required.
• MUST HAVE PE or EIT and be sitting for PE soon.
• Experience in industrial systems such as water/wastewater and oil/gas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments for SCADA upgrades.
• Create project specifications including PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems.
• Coordinate with clients and maintain project documentation.
