Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the electrical design team for its data center portfolio. The role focuses on strategy, design and deployment across Rowan projects, requiring a licensed PE and a track record of delivering complex data center infrastructure.

The position is based in Denver, CO with a 3-day hybrid in-office requirement. Travel up to 25% is expected for sites, testing, and meetings, with a compensation range of $170K–$210K plus bonus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
• Licensed Professional Engineer
• 10+ years’ experience with data center design and delivery
• Experience delivering complex electrical projects through design, construction, commissioning and operation
• Experience working with AHJs and utilities
• Experience communicating with senior leaders and executives
• Knowledge of data center industry and trends
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with ETAP, AutoCAD, REVIT, GIS and Bluebeam Revu

Responsabilidades

• Lead hyperscale turnkey data center strategy, design and deployment
• Own data center electrical standardization at company and client level
• Engage with hyperscale clients to document technical requirements
• Negotiate technical aspects in commercial agreements (leases, SLAs, exhibits)
• Lead internal/external teams to decisions and outcomes
• Manage consultants in design, procurement, construction and implementation of data center infra
