Job summary

HDR is seeking a Hydropower Engineering Manager (Electrical Design) to lead our Northern California hydropower electrical practice, shape strategy and drive technical excellence across projects. You will hire and mentor staff, oversee electrical design plans, coordinate with mechanical and civil teams, and build relationships with utility owners and operators to deliver reliable, resilient power solutions.

• Lead projects as Project Manager and/or Technical Lead for hydropower electrical projects
