HDR is seeking a Hydropower Engineering Manager (Electrical Design) to lead our NorCal electrical hydropower practice. You will shape strategy, growth, and technical excellence while recruiting and retaining top talent for complex modernization projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Extensive hydropower engineering/design experience (~10+ years) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team across electrical design.
• Oversee electrical design plans, specifications, and bid reviews.
• Serve as Project Manager/Technical Lead for hydropower electrical projects.
