You will interface with clients and Fluor engineers to meet contract requirements, guide studies, and support startups. A long track record in hydrometallurgical technology is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires accredited four-year engineering degree with 14+ years of experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented with time management and scheduling skills.
• Hydrometallurgical process knowledge, especially Lithium/rare earths.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to develop drawings and specs for FEED/EPFC stages.
• Develop hydrometallurgical process models and flowsheets for Lithium and Rare Earths.
• Coordinate lab and pilot-scale tests and summarize results for clients.
• Develop quality and activity plans for projects of varying size.
• Provide technical guidance during pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup.
