Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in geology, hydrogeology or related fields.
- Experience leading projects and teams.
- Active professional licensure (Geologist/Geoscientist) preferred.
- Experience with CCS, aquifer storage, injection wells, and regulatory contexts.
Responsibilities
- Provide hydrogeologic support for a wide range of projects domestically and internationally.
- Evaluate geologic and hydrogeologic data and assist permitting activities.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients and regulators.
- Mentor junior staff and review technical work for quality and delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets and resource allocations.
- Support business development and client strategy discussions.
- Present findings to clients and technical audiences.
