Job summary

FirstElement Fuel seeks a Senior Station Improvement Coordinator to lead design, budgeting and execution of hydrogen station upgrades. You will coordinate with Engineering, Operations and external vendors, develop improvement concepts, and supervise installation and validation at refueling sites.

We value strong technical writing, cross‑functional collaboration, and hands‑on experience with high‑pressure hydrogen systems. California travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years servicing hydrogen refueling stations.
• Experience with high‑pressure gas systems up to 15,000 psi.
• Ability to read technical diagrams (P&ID, electrical, process flow).
• Experience writing SOPs and Management of Change documents.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead projects and work with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resource management and coordinate between Engineering and Operations.
• Communicate with external vendors for quotes and lead times.
• Coordinate with engineers and designers on project designs.
• Lead development of station improvement designs and budgets.
• Oversee assembly/fabrication of panels and fixtures.
• Manage installation, validation, and contractor liaison at sites.
• Develop SOPs and Management of Change for projects.
• Plan and track project schedules and budgets.
