HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Hydro blaster/ Field Technician to perform safe and precise hydro-blasting tasks across services lines. The role supports transitioning military personnel returning to civilian life with hands-on operations and safety-first mindset.

The position emphasizes safety adherence, equipment operation, and coordination with customers on job setup and scope. Strong English skills, a valid driver's license, and TWIC are required.

Qualifications

• Specific vocational preparation including classroom safety training, on-the-job training & essential experience.
• Language proficiency: understands English at a level to comprehend safety training & respond to instructions in emergencies.
• Valid driver's license and other requirements of driving policy when using company or personal vehicle.
• Knowledgeable in operation of emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers.
• Provide Federal TWIC.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety representative ensuring safety policies & procedures for company and customer.
• Hands-on operation of hydro-blasting equipment when required.
• Operate special equipment such as ultra-high-pressure pumps and vacuum trucks.
• Monitor equipment operation and ensure conformance to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment used on the job.
• Supervisory interface with customer representatives to meet scope and requirements.
