HDR is seeking a Senior Hydraulics Engineer to join our Tampa, Florida office. You will lead a multidisciplinary hydraulic and water resources design team, directing project scope, budgets, schedules, and client coordination to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will oversee technical design, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, bridge scour assessments, drainage design, and permitting, while fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing within the group.

Qualifications

• Mentor staff, recruit and manage personnel with focus on quality through reviews.
• Lead a multidisciplinary hydraulic and water resources design team.

Responsibilities
