Job summary

ETM Inc. seeks a Utility Modeling Engineer to design and analyze water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems. The role emphasizes hydraulic modeling, master planning for phased development, and coordination with municipal clients to support capital improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in utility engineering, PE licensure preferred, and strong experience with Bentley WaterGEMS and WaterCAD. Join a team delivering complex infrastructure projects and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field.
5+ years of experience in utility engineering and hydraulic modeling.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred.
Experience with WaterGEMS and WaterCAD.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and calibrate hydraulic models for water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems.
Use Bentley WaterGEMS/WaterCAD to evaluate system performance under various conditions.
Create master utility models for multi-phase development projects.
Support lift station sizing, pump selection, and force main analyses.
Prepare design calculations, reports, and permit applications.
Collaborate with municipal clients and project teams to guide planning and capital improvements.
