Job summary

RIMEPRO INC seeks a seasoned Full-Time Hydraulic Engineer to lead design, analysis, and commissioning of high-pressure hydraulic systems for heavy industrial operations. You will develop HPUs, manifolds, and electro-hydraulic controls while coordinating with metallurgy and maintenance teams.

Extensive experience in heat-treat environments, thermo-fluid dynamics, and ISO/NFPA standards is required. The role emphasizes precision, reliability, and hands-on system optimization across the plant.

Qualifications

BSME or related engineering degree required or equivalent experience.
5–8+ years of dedicated fluid power engineering in heavy industry.
Expert-level ability to draft and read complex hydraulic schematics per ISO/NFPA.
Experience with high-temp hydraulic systems and fire-resistant fluids is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design high-pressure hydraulic systems including HPUs, manifolds, valve arrays, and actuators.
Oversee integration of hydraulic subsystems in heat-treat environments and select suitable high-temp fluids and seals.
Create and audit hydraulic schematics, BOMs, and commissioning manuals per ISO/NFPA.
Lead on-site commissioning, diagnostics, and ongoing PdM for reliability.
