Job summary

Sara Lee Frozen Bakery, LLC is seeking a Supply Planning Manager in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. The role leads two planners, focuses on master production scheduling and finished-goods deployment, and partners with logistics to align inventory with customer demand.

You will balance service, cost, and working capital objectives, drive continuous improvement, and shape future planning tools and processes in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience with hands-on planning experience.
• Experience in CPG or food manufacturing preferred with strong Excel-based process knowledge.
• Experience leading and developing planners and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement across all aspects of supply planning to establish robust, dependable end-to-end planning processes.
• Lead the cadence of assigned supply and deployment planning activities including S&OP process.
• Balance hands-on planning with leadership responsibilities and develop planners.
• Coach planners to strengthen technical skills and planning judgment.
• Develop and improve planning tools, processes, and KPIs to improve service, cost and working capital.
• Translate process gaps into business requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions against budget and targets.
• Partner with manufacturing sites and cross-functional teams to align schedules and constraints.
