Job summary

Celestica is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues in Switching, Network Security, and data center networking, with a strong emphasis on SONiC. You will engage with customers to understand topology, review configurations, and drive rapid resolutions, including pre-sales support when needed.

This technically hands-on role requires deep knowledge of networking protocols, Linux proficiency, and experience writing technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience on SONiC network operating system and FRR stack is required.
• Deep understanding of networking concepts, architectures, and protocols.
• Proficiency in Linux is required; scripting in Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer network issues (Switching, Security, DC/Enterprise network).
• Interfacing with customers, understanding topology, reviewing configurations, and driving escalations to resolution.
• Participate in pre-sales activities and author technical documentation such as notes and guides.
