Job summary

Celestica Inc. in its Hardware Platform Solutions team seeks an experienced Network Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues in data center networks, focusing on SONiC and FRR stacks.

Qualifications

Experience on SONiC network operating system and FRR stack is required.
Designing, configuring, troubleshooting, and deploying network topologies and hardware DC/Enterprise/Campus.
Deep understanding of networking concepts and protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS, VXLAN, EVPN, QoS, ACL, NAT, VRF).
Proficiency in Linux is required; scripting in Python is a major plus.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues, interfacing with customers and managing escalations.
Engage with customers to understand topology, review configurations, and provide fixes.
Participate in pre-sales activities with Sales Engineers and Business Development teams.
Author technical documentation such as installation guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
