Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Hybrid Network Engineer to own a critical edge-cloud integration function. You will ensure on-prem nodes mirror cloud architecture, maintain identity federation, and manage degraded auth across disconnected spokes while preparing for quick reconnection to the hub.

You will lead a sub-team, drive technical direction, and mentor ICs, leveraging Go/Rust/Python, distributed systems, and GCP expertise to ensure reliability in edge and DDIL environments.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret / SCI clearance is required.
• Strong software background with systems programming experience.
• Cloud architecture depth with GCP and edge/on-prem deployments.

Responsibilities

• Identity federation & degraded auth between hub and spokes.
• Data reconciliation and state consistency across cloud and edge.
• Automate propagation of architecture changes to edge closures to maintain parity.
• DDIL reliability testing and failover/reconnect behavior validation.
• Set technical direction and mentor team members.
