Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure, systems integration, and operations.
• 5+ years with Microsoft Azure services (VMs, Networking, Storage).
• 5+ years with on-premises systems and data center management.
• 5+ years designing and supporting WAN/LAN environments.
• 5+ years developing automation testing and maintaining automation tools.
• 5+ years cross-functional collaboration with all business levels.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design hybrid cloud solutions integrating on-prem with Azure.
• Evaluate network connectivity (Azure ExpressRoute, VPN) for secure data transfer.
• Lead implementation of hybrid cloud infra in Azure aligned with on-prem.
• Assess existing on-prem infrastructure for cloud adoption and cost-benefit.
• Develop security, governance, and compliance in hybrid environments.
• Collaborate across teams to define strategies and optimize performance.
• Stay current with hybrid cloud trends and document architectures.
• Mentor junior architects and engineers on best practices.
• Participate in PoCs, vendor evaluations, and capacity planning.
