Qualifications

5+ years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration service experience.
EPA Universal Certification required.
CFESA and manufacturer certifications are a plus.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Lead installations, system replacements, and equipment commissioning.
Mentor and support Junior Technicians and apprentices in the field.
Ensure preventative maintenance is completed thoroughly and to company standards.
Communicate clearly with customers regarding system conditions, repair options, and preventative maintenance strategies.
Accurately document service calls, parts usage, labor hours, and detailed repair notes.
Manage truck inventory and maintain proper tools and materials.
Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls as needed.
Engage in ongoing technical training to remain current with manufacturer updates and industry advancements.
