Job summary

Responsibilities

Support development and launch of advanced residential HVAC compressor tech.
Lead technical activities to mature, qualify, and implement new product technologies.
Analyze performance, reliability, and field data to identify improvements.
Work with lab technicians to evaluate tests and validate products.
Coordinate with manufacturing, suppliers, procurement, marketing, program management, and engineering teams to drive project execution.
Communicate technical information, recommendations, risks, and updates to stakeholders and customers.
