Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years directly related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Systems, deviations, CAPA management, Change Controls and controlled documentation.
• Regulatory knowledge including FDA and other authorities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality, compliance, and timely execution.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize Preventive & Predictive maintenance plans for HVAC/Process Chilled Water & Cooling Towers systems.
• Support Maintenance technical teams on corrective and troubleshooting activities.
• Align with Corporate and site engineering policies and procedures across units.
• Supervise, coordinate and review work contractors/suppliers on a project basis.
• Serve as a technical expert in chilled water, cooling towers and HVAC with methodologies for the area.
• Operate with a culture of problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers to complete design and engineering projects on schedule, budget and quality.
• Coordinate consultants, architects and engineering firms on standard design documents.
• Develop technical solutions to complex problems using ingenuity and creativity.
