Qualifications

• High School Diploma or relevant field experience.
• 5 years of Field Experience, trade school or apprenticeship.
• Knowledge of cooling tower water chemistry and control systems.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strict adherence to safety rules and quality.
• Maintain good documentation and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Attend assigned location, which may include office or project sites.
• Perform HVAC preventative maintenance procedures and daily checks.
• Review specifications, conduct site inspections, and review system design.
• Obtain supplies and spare parts, consult repair manuals and catalogs.
• Analyze problems and identify corrective measures.
• Troubleshoot HVAC and related process equipment extensively.
• Fulfill additional duties as directed by supervisor or foreman.
