Job summary

AZ Corporation in Andover, MA is seeking an HVAC Technician to install, maintain and inspect HVAC systems and related processes.

Responsibilities include attending at project sites, performing preventative maintenance, reviewing drawings and blueprints, obtaining parts, and troubleshooting complex HVAC equipment, cooling towers, and related systems. A High School Diploma and 5 years field experience are required, with OSHA 10 certification and relevant licenses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years of field experience, trade school or apprenticeship.
• OSHA 10 certification and applicable state/federal licenses.
• Advanced knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend assigned location, including office or project sites.
• Perform HVAC preventative maintenance, daily checks, and inspections.
• Review specifications, conduct site inspections, review system design, drawings and blueprints.
• Obtain supplies and spare parts, consult repair manuals and catalogs.
• Analyze problems and identify corrective measures.
• Extensive troubleshooting of HVAC and associated Process Equipment, Plant Utility & Facility Refrigeration Systems, Air Handlers, Supply Air Systems, Exhaust Systems, Coils.
• Additional duties as directed by foreman, project manager, and supervisor.
