Dallas College is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician to lead a team of technicians and ensure reliable operation of HVAC systems across multiple campuses. The role combines hands-on technical work with leadership, preventive maintenance planning, and exceptional customer service.

The position requires experience with commercial chillers/boilers, DDC/pneumatic controls, and CMMS documentation, with on-site presence and potential hybrid arrangements after six months.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair skills.
• Experience with commercial chillers/boilers and AHUs.
• Knowledge of DDC/pneumatic controls and CMMS usage.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of HVAC technicians with scheduling and quality oversight.
• Ensure safe, reliable operation of HVAC systems across multiple campuses.
• Troubleshoot and maintain chillers, boilers, controls, and related equipment.
• Manage preventive maintenance program and budget prioritization.
• Travel throughout Dallas County using College vehicles.
