Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking an experienced Mechanical Service Technician to support projects in the Tampa, FL region. You will install, repair and commission HVAC systems, start-ups, and equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

With 5+ years of field service experience, you will work on VRF, DX Split, Chillers, Boilers and other advanced systems. A Journeyman/Master HVAC license and EPA certification are preferred, as is travel willingness and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• HVAC tech with 5+ years service experience required.
• Proficient with IECC/ICC/ASHRAE; codes and safety.
• EPA Certified; OSHA 30 preferred; Journeyman/Master license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance; diagnose and resolve issues.
• HVAC start-up, commissioning, and system verification.
• Provide superior customer service and weekly status updates on service work and tickets.
