Job summary

CACI is seeking a Master HVAC Technician to support our program at Fort Meade. The role involves inspecting HVAC systems, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring reliability of large ventilation and cooling systems.

The position requires troubleshooting complex HVAC/R systems, responding to service calls, and CMMS reporting. Domestic travel/deployments may occur; US citizenship and final Top Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Master HVAC licensure or equivalent required by state law.
• EPA 608 Type II or Universal certification required.
• 12+ years of Military HVAC training/certification or 10 years education/experience with licensure.

Responsibilities

• Track performance of routine and preventive maintenance for HVAC systems.
• Respond to service calls and document CMMS reports.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R systems with complex problems.
• Install, repair, and maintain large ventilation, refrigeration, and cooling systems.
• Perform fault isolation and maintenance in SCIFs and controlled environments.
• Collaborate with engineering to review plans and determine equipment needs.
