Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Sr HVAC Technician responsible for air conditioning, refrigeration and heating operations. You will assist leadership with daily operations, coordinate work, ensure quality and service, and support regulatory compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma or trade school, 3 years HVAC experience, and EPA refrigerant recovery cert Type I or II. On-site work, sign-on bonus up to $5,000, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years HVAC experience; healthcare setting preferred but not required.
• Refrigerant Recovery certification Type I or II (EPA/JHVA) required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist leadership with daily operations, coordinating work, and achieving goals.
• Serve as a technical resource for team members and support quality control.
• Monitor work processes and support on-site projects.
