Job summary

Sentara Medical Group Glenrock in Norfolk is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician to support leadership in all phases of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating while coordinating daily operations and ensuring quality service. This on-site role serves as a technical resource for the team and participates in quality control activities.

The position requires a high school diploma or trade school experience (preferred), EPA refrigerant recovery certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Trade School diploma preferred or 3 years HVAC experience in lieu of diploma.
• EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification Type I or II (JHVA) required.
• Valid VA or NC driver's license (no points).

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership with daily operations, coordination of work, quality and service.
• Serve as technical resource for team members and participate in quality control.
