Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on HVAC experience.
• Valid HVAC license required for install, service and repair.
• Experience with heat pumps, minisplits, VRF and rooftop units.
• Ability to read blueprints and ductwork drawings.
• Ability to fabricate and modify sheet metal components.
• Strong communication and collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, and services HVAC/R systems on campus.
• Monitors and adjusts BAS and computerized systems as needed.
• Performs preventive maintenance and post-incident evaluations.
• Maintains records and reports on system performance.
• Orders supplies and prioritizes repair requests.
• Collaborates with Facilities Management to optimize operations.
