NTD Mechanical in Garland, TX is seeking a Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain large-scale HVAC systems. You will mentor junior technicians, provide technical guidance, and support project teams across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

You will work on chillers, boilers, and controls, read schematics, install and service DDC/BMS equipment, and uphold safety standards and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC service, maintenance, or related experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams.
• EPA 608 Type I & II certifications.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting policy.
• On-call rotations participation.
• TDLR Technician Certification.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance per customer agreements and specs.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and documentation.
• Install and service HVAC controls and components.
• Communicate findings and status to customers and team.
• Document work performed and materials used.
• Travel to customer locations within the DFW area.
