Prado Brother's Builders Co. in Montauk, NY is seeking a dedicated Heating & AC technician to join our family-owned service team. Manage residential and commercial heating, cooling, and related repairs with reliability and pride.

The role offers full-time hours, opportunities for advancement, and benefits. You will work 8am–4:30pm weekdays, with occasional overtime and on-call duties to support our growing Montauk service area.

Qualifications

• Heating experience preferred; willingness to train the right person.
• Must have valid driver's license and fluency in spoken and written English.
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work consistently and efficiently.
• Experience or knowledge of A/C or heating service/repair is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Residential & Commercial Heating & AC service and repair.
• Installations on new construction and renovations.
• Work independently or in a team with flexible scheduling.
• Overtime availability; night/weekend/emergency call rotation.
• Must lift up to 100 lbs and operate basic tools.
