Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Virginia is seeking an HVAC Technician to monitor, maintain, and repair our HVAC systems. You will join a hospitality-focused team and apply your in-depth HVAC knowledge to keep guest areas comfortable, safe, and welcoming.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience performing work in HVAC trade.
• In-depth knowledge of maintaining and repairing HVAC systems.
• Leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
• At least 1 year of experience in a hospitality environment (resort, hotel, etc.).
• Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations and handle guest objections.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and perform preventative maintenance of all HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and repair issues as needed.
• Install and repair small HVAC equipment (PTAC, condensers, small RTUs).
• Routine inspection to ensure compliance with state/local codes.
• Maintain repair and preventive maintenance records.
