Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR currently seeks an HVAC technician to service and repair building systems in the Baton Rouge area. The successful candidate will diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and support customers with technical expertise on-site.

Must have 5–7 years of related experience, an Associate degree or HVAC certificate, and EPA Universal Technician Certification. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to document work orders are essential.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years related experience and/or training required.
• Associates Degree or certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) or equivalent.
• EPA approved Universal Technician Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC units on customer sites using blueprints or specifications.
• Perform preventative maintenance and site surveys as requested by customers.
• Order parts and coordinate timely repairs; document service calls and work performed.
