Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial/residential HVAC service tech.
• EPA 608 refrigerant certification; capable of servicing various system types.
• Knowledge of local regulations and building codes including OSHA.
• Be highly motivated and goal-oriented.
• Possess strong time management skills.
• Have a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service.
• Have a positive attitude with the desire to grow personally and professionally.
• Team oriented.
• Possess the ability to use technology applicable to role, and access information needed.
• Have a clean and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair all HVAC and air compressor equipment.
• Change air filters, clean condenser fins, check belts, and perform routine maintenance.
• Ensure heating and cooling in all areas operate at optimal efficiency.
• Aid in snow removal and other duties as assigned.
• Control repair expenses for HVAC systems.
