Job summary

Pfefferle Management is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to service commercial systems across Wisconsin. You will handle boilers, air handling units, chilled water systems, and DX systems, performing preventative maintenance and on-call support as needed.

The role requires an HVAC Journeyman with 5+ years of post-apprenticeship experience, EPA refrigerant recovery certification, and a valid driver's license. A background check will be conducted for offered positions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• HVAC Journeyman with 5+ years of post-apprenticeship experience.
• EPA certified in refrigerant recovery.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must consent to a background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and repair on commercial HVAC systems including boilers, air handling equipment, chilled water and hot water reheat systems.
• Carry out planned routine maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC components.
• Prepare work reports and materials used for invoicing.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers, vendors, and teams.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Be on-call as part of the rotation.
