Are you an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician with expertise in performing corrective and general maintenance? Do you thrive in a dynamic, hands-on role where your skills make a real impact? tdgFacilities is seeking an experienced full-time Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team. Candidates should have experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, boilers, fan systems, and refrigeration units. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and experience with corrective, preventative, and routine repair/maintenance procedures. Experience with commercial equipment installation, including HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing tasks, is also preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Senior HVAC Technician

• Strong mechanical aptitude with a keen eye for detail
• Highly organized and able to self-manage and perform tasks to high standards
• Maintain, diagnose, and repair various commercial HVAC equipment (RTUs, Exhaust Fans, Unit Heaters, Split Systems, AHUs, etc.)
• Safely utilize equipment following protocols and procedures
• Keep accurate records of service visits, maintenance, and installations
• Maintain truck stock and inventory within company guidelines
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Participate in client meetings as required
• Use mobile technology for communication and reporting
• Interface with work order management systems
• Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC systems
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications for Senior HVAC Technician

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• 2+ years of boiler experience preferred
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
