Job summary

Nightwing is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support a fast-paced program at a world-class facility. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and VRF systems, with emphasis on data-driven optimization and cross-team collaboration.

You will manage as-built documentation, support design/planning phases for site upgrades, and work with supervisors and clients to implement efficient energy solutions.

Qualifications

• HVAC mechanical systems experience incl. chillers, FCUs, AHUs, VRF systems.
• Experience with as-built documentation and change management.
• Ability to analyze data to support system improvements and design modifications.
• Hands-on with chilled water systems, pumps, valves and related infrastructure.
• Ability to carry and use tools up to 45 lbs and work with hand/power tools.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF, and related infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems from routine to complex issues.
• Manage as-built documentation and enforce change management processes.
• Support site modifications and upgrades, advising during design/planning phases.
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements.
• Contribute to operations and maintenance efforts to ensure ongoing functionality of mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with other trades to complete projects on time and within scope.
