Mechanical & Plumbing Systems, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Commercial HVAC Technician with at least 10 years in commercial mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will handle chillers, boilers, pumps, VFDs, VRF, and cooling towers, and work independently in complex commercial and industrial environments.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing preventive maintenance, documenting reports, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years in commercial HVAC experience.
• Experience with chillers, boilers, pumps, VFDs, VRF and cooling towers.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, repair, and optimize commercial HVAC systems across sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and improve energy efficiency of equipment.
• Document service reports and maintain detailed records.
• Interface with clients to provide recommendations and maintain relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and on-time job completion.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours service.
