Job summary

Oneida Nation is seeking a full-time HVAC Technician to maintain and service all HVAC equipment across Gaming Division facilities in Wisconsin. You will perform preventive maintenance on boilers, water heaters, refrigeration, and air compressors, and support control systems to ensure safe, efficient operation.

Responsibilities include documenting repairs, coordinating with vendors, and training staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and ability to work with computer systems, including building automated controls.
• Associates Degree in HVAC or Refrigeration Technology or Wisconsin HVAC Certification.
• EPA 608 refrigerant handling certification.

Responsibilities

• Repair and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, water heaters/softeners, boilers, refrigeration, and air compressors for the Gaming Division.
• Document repairs in the preventive maintenance log and maintain inventory.
• Check electrical connections and repair/replace as needed.
• Maintain a library of service and repair manuals for HVAC equipment.
• Cut, thread, and weld piping; install equipment as needed.
• Work with automated control systems and troubleshoot.
• Monitor and adjust temperatures at Gaming Facilities.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Coordinate with Carpentry, Electrical, and outside vendors to keep equipment in good order.
• Assist with scheduling and staff training in HVAC topics.
• Review and assign daily HVAC work duties to technicians.
