Qualifications

• Knowledge and ability to work with computer systems, including building automation controls.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with diverse colleagues.
• Effective written and verbal communication; problem solving and decision making.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Must obtain Lift equipment certification within one year of hire.
• Read and interprets drawings, blueprints, and relevant codes.

Responsibilities

• Repair and preventive maintenance on HVAC, water heaters/softeners, boilers, refrigeration, and air compressors.
• Document repairs and manage inventory; update maintenance logs.
• Check electrical connections and repair or replace as needed.
• Maintain manuals library for HVAC equipment used by Gaming Division.
• Work with carpentry, electrical, and vendors to keep equipment in good order.
• Assist with scheduling and staff training in HVAC topics.
